Billing: All membership payments are direct debited fortnightly via Ezidebit. Get in contact with us if you would like to discuss this option. A one-off new client transaction fee of $2.20 is processed on your first direct debit. From there an Ezidebit service fee of $0.99 is processed fortnightly with your membership for bank account transactions and $1.99 for Visa and Mastercard transactions.
Refunds: All membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Holds: Memberships are able to be put on hold for any time period of 14 days or more. We do not offer 7 day holds. We allow 4 holds per year. We ask that you submit your hold request in writing to us with the exact dates of the hold and no miscommunication can be made. Please note, hold dates can affect your billing cycle and come off hold automatically from the dates requested in your hold.
Membership Cancellations: CFNBD will be sorry to see you go but we will always understand, so we would love a chance to speak with you in person about your decision. It is such a brave step to walk in here for the first time, so we do not take that lightly, so please reach out. Memberships are a No-lock in term so you are able to cancel at any time. We just ask you to allow no more than 7 business days before your next scheduled membership billing date.
In case of cancellation, no refund or credit will be given irrespective of how many days or sessions remain in the current membership period. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future ( and we sure hope you do ), membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
